It is best to use that together but on alternative occasions.
Measure arm or thigh and make a mark with a pen on top and bottom of body part and measure with measuring band in order to get accurate measuring the second time. Apply the Cellulite Control Massage cream and see a noticeable ±2 cm loss after aprox only 2 hours.
